  1. Extract this zip file into your main quake2 directory
  2. (making sure you unzip the directories as well)
  3. and it should unzip itself into the correct directories.

  5. Make sure you run quake2 with : +set game rctf
  6. in the command line  like this.

  8. quake2 +set game rctf
  9.  
  10. After that,  you can connect to any CTF Arena server.
  11. If you get errors like,  pic not found
  12. then you didn't install the game properly, or you didn't
  13. run it with the "+set game rctf" command line.

  16. Alternatively, you can just use the GameSpy .QST tab included
  17. and Gamespy will take care of the command line stuff for you.
